A homeopathy doctor can solved my problem like skin thickness or rubbing also on skin then skin dry also or i go with dermotologist reply me

I have pain in my lower front teeth and gum also .my tongue is burning and white coated.my teeth feeling move and gum irritation all time what can i do.i saw them many dentist but i have no relief.i dont understand what is my problem name and in homeopathic i will be cured or not

My wife is having anxiety and restlessness...she is under allopathy treatment for last 1 month, But not much improvement. She is also taking counciling sessions by psychologist. Now I want to have homeopathy treatment for her. (1)Will it be safe to take allopathy and homeopathy treatment both at same time for anxiety and restlessness problem ? (2) how effective is homeopathy treatment in these kind of problem? (3) how much time is  atleast needed in homeopathy to show result for these kind of problem?

My father has been diagnosed with Paresthesia. Apart from that he has pain in his lower back pain and it moves towards his left leg upto thighs once he starts to have walks for 10-15 mins. Is it a sign of Slip Disc Or Sciatica or Just the Paresthesia doing it's role? Suggest some remedies.
