Is there any treatment of autism Spectrum disorder in homeopathy. Is it effective. Is carcinosin 1000 effective.

This is for my father who is currently having heart diseases. 1) high blood pressure 2) artrial fibblirication 3) sinus tachycardia He is also having diabetics type 2. He is already taking allopath medicine 1) blood thinner( pradaxa 110) 2) blood pressure regulator ( nodon 5) 3) dirutics( dytor) We have heard about the homeopath heart tonic 1) Adel Diacard heart tonic 2) sbl gold heart tonic Just wanted to know whether these medicines may nullify the allopathy medicine as it contains camphora 2x. My father is already taking creatagus and cactus grandiflorus q mother tincture twice daily.. I was thinking of giving him these heart tonic for better result. Is it safe to give him these heart tonic or should I continue with cretagus and cactus (15 drops) 2 times

I was told that I have autoimmune desease as I have recurring mouth ulcers for a long time now, s first outbreak was in 2018 and on and off I gave this problem, now I have swollen tongue, mouth ulcers, skin water bubble on hands started, Nobody in my family has history of this I started treatment of homeopathy for autoimmune but ulcers were still coming During lockdown I cant cone and require urgent help, I can't eat . Tongue white because of ulcer/ or not sure skin problem. Is this autoimmune? But 6 month's I took medicine why I was facing ulcer Extra saliva Cold and Ice feels better On semi liquid diet I was also told that I have bacterial infection Now difficulty in speaking well because of tongue white. Sir I am suffering from chronic pharyngitis and right side tonsil enlarged, uvulva red and  swollen since 2 months  specially after eating food,during evening time. I have a acid reflux and due to that I have a dry cough continues burping post nasal drip gases pass more but not heartburn.sometime feel anxious. Is there any permanent cure for this. If yes how many days required to cure it.

Pilohip HOMEOPATHY piles Syrup is effective or not  ? ... I have taken Pilohip Syrup but it has not cured my piles problem .
