My age is 29...my weight is around 70 kg and height is 5'6". My issue is huge amount of fats has accumulated around my belly area which don't look good, however apart from belly area all my body parts is slim. Fats are not anywhere except belly parts. Pls suggest me some effective medicine which can reduce my belly fats smoothly without causing any side effects.

My blood reports shows elivated liver enzymes and iron also at upper side, vit d deficiency. But I have no any complaints  like weakness, jaundice,nausea nothing ,is it necessary to take medicine or not..? Sgpt, sgot and iron are increase. Dear Dr As instructed by ayush ministry, to use arsenicum album 30c for purpose of enhancing immunity against covid19, i bought the same from BOIRON(france). Could u please let me know what should be the dosage?. And is it any side effecys if I am taking beta blockers and BP medicines as I am diagnosed dilated cardiomyopathy. Please help, i am outside india and not in a position to go to direct consultantion. Is is also okey to give to children of 8 years as well and what would be the dosage? Regards Sajid
