Having dry skin eczema on both legs front side. It reoccurring every winter season. Please let me know what to do for it

General weakness can be overcome by homeopathy... physically becoming weak . feeling tired all time..

Mother was diagnosed with Osteo Arthritis about 4 years ago due pain in knees based on x-ray of knees but slowly pain and stiffness started in shoulder , fingures ,Mornings are more affected . Pain is increasing every day . Tests were done 2 years ago for rh factor , uric acid all negative ,but it was long ago then issue was only in knees . Does homeopathy have effective treatment for this ? Please suggest fresh test. Need advice from experienced doctor with interests in Arthritis

I am suffering from alopecia barbae. I had recurrence of patch in my beard recently. Earlier I have taken allopathy treatment by use of steroids which the doc had told is not a solution. Kindly suggest if there is any homeopathic medicine treatment for that

I have been having itchy skin and pin sensation all over body from past 5 days. itching becomes a bit severe in evening and night. I also have pimple and rash on my neck and back which are a bit itchy n irritating.I have consulted a homoeopath and have been prescribed Arsenic Alb 30 globules for past 4 days .But i have not got much relief. So i have been prescribed echinacea angustifolia q along with ars alb 30 three times a day. Will Ars alb 30 and echinacea angustifolia q would help me in any way to treat itching and skin allergy?

I was diagnosed with rectal polyp There is rectal bleeding from around 5 months Large lump of mass is there which i have to push back after . No pain or any other discomfort is there. Is there any treatment . My age is 20 years old. No smoking or any other habits.
