Can I take any general ayurvedic products like ginger, turmeric, pepper, amla, methi or giloy juice when on a homeopathic medicine course?

Hello doc, Post delivery of baby, my haemoglobin dropped to 9 and I became anemic as said by doctor. Doctor advised me tonoferon syrup and raricap tab along with calcium tablet for a year. But I have severe constipation and rectal bleeding due to hard stool after taking raricap. I need iron in my body but due to this tablet, I'm unable to take it. Plz help me with some homeopathy so tht i can increase my haemoglobin and iron in my body.

Not only in Type1Diabetes ,all most all health problems, homeopathy  medication are is only on the base of symptomatic ? If type1 diabetes regular using insulin ,there are no symptoms to tell how to cure it???
