Hiii..... it's not alb but arsenic album 30.
Yes sugar patient can take this medicine, no need to any special precaution for sugar patient.
U can take 4pills 3 times in a day for 3 days .
After that take 4 pills at night weekly .

Only a dose empty stomach for 3 consecutive days in a month enough. It's not harmful for a diabetic. If very anxious of sweet pills then 1 drop on tongue or in one third cup of water, can also be taken
