I got suffered from Bell's Palsy during August 2020 and it got cured but after that there is constant ringing/buzzing in my left ear. I have been told there is no proven treatment in Allopathy. So can it be cured through homeopathy. If Yes, How?

Hi I am taking pcos treatment in homeopathy damiana q mother tincture and oleyum j. X( 1 hr b4 food mrng and night - aftrnoon resp) . My doc told me dont drink ginger tea as it is harmful to health . I consume one cup of ginger tea every morning . If i dont drink , i will get headache the whole day .Is it a addiction ?? Should i stop drinking tea fr these treatments?? Is taking ginger daily harmful to health ? I am trying to conceive too . Kindly advice how to stop this problem of drinking tea without headache?
