Feeling acidity since 3 days (small burps every few minutes while trying to force out a proper burp) along with weakness through out body. Sometimes I almost faint. Also sometimes I get severe headaches for 10 min upto 2 hours. Cause is most likely due to messed up sleep cycle. Have tried to have Eno, Pudin Hara, Pantocid, but problem still is there. Have previously been prescribed to have Tayo 60k and calcium tablets for vitamin D and B12 deficiency.

My both half leg and back start pains when I wake up in morning and my leg pains whole day . If I sleep in the afternoon then also my leg and back pain does not go. When I do work by bending then I feel the back pain  whole day . I do exercise daily for back pain then also my back pain and leg pains whole day.
