If you have severe toothache due to caries, use Plantago Q or Kreosote Q local application with cotton swab, on affected tooth/cavity. It can be again applied at two -three hrs. gap. Thereafter for 15 to 20 minutes do not eat or drink. However it will relieve acute pain but you need to visit a Dentist for required treatment of cavity.
