Hi i have severe neck and back pain and right leg and hand pain. I have swelling in neck. I got mri done. Here is my report attached. Disc bulge at l4-l5 level causing anterior thecal sac indentation. Posterior osteophyte with mild disc bulge at c5-c6 level causing anterior thecal sac compression.

Previously her doctor has prescribed below attached medicine which was taken in feb, but now due to lockdown we are unable to get below mentioned medicine not even we are able to pronounce it. Doctor, my father has a pain in lower back and soon after it, it extends up to the left thigh and hip which makes him sit right after that after 10-15 mins.
