Is there medicine for curing hypothyroid and uric acid 8.8 I have got pain in wrist and not reducing Took an X-ray seems some strain in the wrist even after taking allopathy medicines pain not reducing

Am already using homeo drop medicines from a doctor but I don't know the name of that medicine just i have drops. How i consult a other homeo doctor

I have thin and curly hairs from childhood itself whereas everyone in my family have got thick hairs and sometimes I suffered from massive hairfall my hair conditions are in a way that everyones troll me for this even my hairstylist shows to her other clients like " look how her hairs are" due to which I have developed infirority issues regarding my body right now also I am facing massive hairfall issues I tried minioxdil and other multivitamins in allopathic for 5 month but it didn't stop my hair fall and I had some reactions also to my body so I left it 5 month ago now taking homeopathic from one month. I want to know that whether my hairs can be thickened through homeopathic medicines taken for a long period of time I want thick hairs so that no body can pin point that my hairs are too weak or my scalp is visible or anything ... I have no other health problem as such so can anybody suggest what wrong with my hairs..

Can I take Auritop DSR,LOXOF and Martifur with Homeopathy medicines?Is it safe or can it cause any problems?

High fever since 5-6 days (constant 103.3F). No malaria/dengue. Mild kidney filtration reduced(67ml/min/1.73m2).Hematocrit 38.9%. Fever reduced after taking Dolo 650 mg. No cough/ cold or any other symptom. Having  weakness. No chills. Just high fever and extreme weakness due to it. Could not eat much. Taking ORS liquid. Earlier doctor put me on cephalexin 200mg tabs twice a day for 5 days and dolo 650 mg tab thrice daily for 3 days -  I got no relief - fever constant at 103.3F. After giving Rus tox 30(homoeopathy) and aconite in between since yesterday - fever came down to 101.4-102.6F. Swelling in left eye was there since past 6 days - which became less when treated with alum (phitkari). WHAT MEDICINED should I take to get complete cure and I regain my strength? What diet should I take and what fruits to eat? What is the diagnosis due to which I am not well? What has happened? I have not been in touch with any corona virus person, nor did I go out of my house since past 3 months.
