I had a ankle sprain since 28 days . My swelling has reduced 60% but untill there are slight swelling and when i try to kick then there is severe pain in the ankle . So yesterday i was going to homeopath doctor and he prescribed some constitutional medicine drops and this Oil spray that i have attached below . Please say me Is this spray effective ?
