Can i take arsenic album 30 pills and neurobion forte multivitamin tablet on same day...can both medicines be taken together ...or i need to skip neurobion forte on the day i am taking arsenic album 30 pills...pls confirm.

Myself and family members took 4 tablets in morning empty stomach for 3 days , please advise is that enough, and how it will work , why it was advised to take only 3days and to stop & to start again after 15 days?

I learnt this homeopathy medicene is good for CORONA precaution, I bought it in and it is in a liquid bottle 30ml. I am a diabetic, I don't know how much and when to take this liquid. Can you please give some instructions of this usage, I learnt it has to be used for only 3 days if it's a capsule type ( 4 capsules a day ) . Skin rashes from last one month. Seems it is due to house dust mite. I have taken antihistamines for a period of 15 days, however after completing the medicine the rashes has started again.
