Mam get an x-ray of cervical and lumbosacral spine done and complete blood count including vitamin D and RA factor .history of any illness in past ,any treatment taken for any problem in past. Medicines consumed . Get Thyroid profile tested.send all the reports after that we will ask several questions about the problems
