When i stand and walk after waking up in morning i feel pain under/bottom of my feet in centre only. It continue for 20-25 seconds and thn vanished away. That pain doesn't occur in whole day , i just feel after waking up only. And few times i noticed it after my afternoon nap also. It is happening from last one month. Please tell me why is it happening?

It is possible that I comb less..so my dandruff is coming back again and again?..thank u...I usually comb..one tym in 2 days..and I undergoing homeopathic treatment for dandruff

I wasn't able to sleep for about 2 and a half months. Yesterday I took omeo sleep drops - 22 drops at 8:40 pm and again at 11:30 pm. Still I was only able to sleep for one hour. Also I never had the habit of sleeping afternoon. In the medicine, it was written to take 20 drops thrice a day. How to take (use) this medicine? Does it help sleeplessness? Please doctor, help me.

I'm having a sharp pain from my left hip bone till groins and also on the left lower back. Also I have pain while lifting weights. I had a injury in my groins during late school days.
