Having piles problem need permanent sol.
Hi doctor,
I am having piles problem and its external because one tiny gurda is outside and i got this problem due to constipation n having this issue around 5 years.
But pain is not continues it depends on my food , if my intake food quality is good then i don't get any issue but since 5 days i m suffering from piles and day by day pain is increasing so i wanted to end this issue for lifetime .
Now i have added fruits in my daily routine and drinking more water , stool is fine but while passing this i m getting more pain.
