Hello ma'am, Piles is really very irritating disease & when it comes to bleeding piles with pain it makes things worse..well i suggest you go for homoeopathic treatment. As it is known fact that homoeopathy is very safe for pregnant ladies as well as lactating mothers.good luck for the treatment.
