Can I take Auritop DSR,LOXOF and Martifur with Homeopathy medicines?Is it safe or can it cause any problems?

Does Montoliv has any interaction with homeopathy?If not.Can I take both if possible as I am going through allopathic and homeopathic treatments?

High fever since 5-6 days (constant 103.3F). No malaria/dengue. Mild kidney filtration reduced(67ml/min/1.73m2).Hematocrit 38.9%. Fever reduced after taking Dolo 650 mg. No cough/ cold or any other symptom. Having  weakness. No chills. Just high fever and extreme weakness due to it. Could not eat much. Taking ORS liquid. Earlier doctor put me on cephalexin 200mg tabs twice a day for 5 days and dolo 650 mg tab thrice daily for 3 days -  I got no relief - fever constant at 103.3F. After giving Rus tox 30(homoeopathy) and aconite in between since yesterday - fever came down to 101.4-102.6F. Swelling in left eye was there since past 6 days - which became less when treated with alum (phitkari). WHAT MEDICINED should I take to get complete cure and I regain my strength? What diet should I take and what fruits to eat? What is the diagnosis due to which I am not well? What has happened? I have not been in touch with any corona virus person, nor did I go out of my house since past 3 months.

Sir I have been suffering from losse motion since 2-3 months. In addition to this a lot of blood(thick type of bloods in part also comes) comes during fress time, this problem also from 3 months, but there's no pain in stomach or during bleeding time, Sometimes whenever I take milk which is not good during this type problems, then more losse motion & then pain also occur, but generally there is no pain, loose motion continue with bleeding, But I feel that there's no hemorrhoids (massa) at that point, I feel that lots of blood comes from inside, Is it a type of piles Sir? Or any other problem??? I have tried many medicine , but didn't get any benifit, problem is same yet, lot of weakness I have, Sir I have been suffering from jaundice 2 time since 2 years, so generally I am suffering from lever problem, but every time get benefited by liv 52 tablets , with simple foods, But this time there's no improvement, Sir please give me best suggestion???
