Take bath twice a day. Keep your soap, towel separate. Wash your undergarments in warm water, and before wash let them remain submerge in warm water for 15 minutes. Let your towel and u.g. dry up in direct sun light. After bath, after drying your skin specially groin region apply coconut oil on affected part and wash your hands with soap and water. Minimise intake of common salt.
