What kind of Homoeopathic treatment you took. It requires proper case study and selection of one matching medicine to cure any diseases in homeopathy. Over the counter suggestions or multiple medicines given at a time are not actual homeopathic treatment. Better consult for proper treatment.

Hi... If you have posted a picture it is better to diagnose.....only with symptom white patch we cannot diagnose. Either it may be leukoplakia( precancerous condition) in which you must be cautious.  ...or it may be fungal infection....or it may be candidiasis ...or it may be sub mucous fibrosis...so post your picture of mouth..
Next Steps
Are you a smoker????If so you must stop it immediately
