You looks to be having mpre anxiety then ypur gastric problems. Pl use cold milk or banana shake. Take coconut water, lemon water,and butter milk. Reduce intake of tea and coffee. Avoid fried stuff and pulses like arhar, urad, channa as well as rajma, chhole. If you smoke and/or take tobacoo and / or liquor, stop them too. However take more of salad and seasonal fruits.

1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). ) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do.
