Acidum nitricum is definitely a best medicine to treat genital warts. But it has to be a bleeding with it and also ulcers. If it does not match the case it will not show good results. My suggestion is not to take medicine blindly on random suggestions. Better consult and take proper homoeopathic treatment. It will.save lots of time and money and can avoid unwanted medication and suffering.

Ideally consult your homoeopathic physician whoadvised you treatment earlier even if you feel no relief. Have a little patience, and faith in your doctor.
