Is Mineaers disease is curable in homeopathy? My father aged 79 years diagnosed Mineaers disease since last 4 years. He is currently under treatment with a Neurologist. However his vertigo attack with seviour dizinness along with vomitting occures sometimes. When attack comes uncontrollable dizinness with vomitting occures for 6-7 hours.

Can someone suggest is there any concrete treatment in homoeopathy for being pain just above the heel part of leg.. suffering for last more than 6 years.. please suggest...

Can antrochoanal polyp in right nostril can be treated through homeopathy medicine? If yes then, What would be the course of medications and of how many days?

It started with low back pain around 4 months ago, then it started to radiate to left leg. Pain near ankle and cuff muscles is more irritating and is observed more when tried to walk, pains in thighs and buttocks too sometimes. Radiological studies suggest disc herniation at L4/5 and impingement of L5 emerging nerve root. Currently, undergoing allopathic medications and physiotherapy. Is there any cure for pain permanently in homoeopathy relating to these conditions ? Pathological studies reveal no abnormalities. Taking homeopathic medicine like - hypericum perforatum 200C, Arnica Montana 200C , Cotyledon umbilicus 12C and R70 drops parallely since 15days but no significant recovery. Please suggest and guide.

Why homeopathy doctors can't say straight that they can cure or not, instead they say effective treatment. Cure means get out of body that hides in sacral orifical nerves... No doctor talks technically, that they can cure ( which means comeplete cure) rather than says we have treatment for it...why doctors won't say frankly about they can cure or not. Why giving fake promises.
