I urge to yawn continuously for last 3 week. I yawn incompletely. I can't yawn completely but there is urge to yawn whole day 24 hours. When I can't complete my yawn. There is restlessness and suffocation. What is the reason? My lifestyle:I am not busy these days. Waking up late in morning.Not doing any physical activity. Laziness and not doing exercise and yoga. My mind is always free since lock down because I am College student and and sometimes anxiety level increases .Oxygen meter :99(checked by oximeter) chest X Ray normal. Heart checked by Ecg.it is normal. Liver function test is normal .CRP is normal. Kidney function is normal.i have two problems :Allergy  rhinitis and gastric problem .Is this yawning problem associated with my lifestyle or allergic rhinitis /Gastric problem?

I have a problem and before I justify it as some name I'll provide symptoms 1. Runny Nose Mucus (entire year) sometimes yellow and sometimes white 2. At times headache 3. Soar Throat upper side (near the pharynx) 4. Sneezing 5. Nose Blocking (super severe that I've to run out of room down to sky for breathing) Some say we've dust allergy and some say sinus. I'm fed up and don't even know whom to reach out. At the moment, I make use of home remedies like vaporizer, cleaning dust which helps to an extent. Please suggest.
