How long passiflora medicine can take for insomnia ...any side effect Dr prescribed me 30 drops on bed time...

I have pain in right upper waist both front & back side.Issue in standing fron sitting.moving one side to another side.i have also bow leg so it is difficult to walk fast .When I massage then it looks that there is acidity but it is from last 1 week.Normally in sitting no pain.I do some basic exercise also & no issue in that also.

My 5 year old son has been sufferring from Atopic dermatitis since last 2 months,given him allopathic medicines it cures for the time being then again the itching starts in his arm folds and behind ears,there is redness under eyes also which do not itch.So we have started homeopathy and also consulted dermatologist he has given him Momate ointment once a day for two weeks  and XYZ al once a day for 7 days.Can I give him homeopathy also if yes then what shld be the time gap?please help.

I am going to start massaging arnica mother tincture to my scalp I am having hairfall because of thyroid and vitamin deficiencies and stress as well I am having medicines since it takes time to cure hairfall I wanted to ask if Arnica tincture would help me a little

I have lot of lipoma. Since last 4 months I am taking below medication. I didn't find any improvements. Kindly suggest what to do. List of medicine Calcerea Flourica 6x (currently taking) Tumorin drops Lapis albus 30CH Lapis albus 6CH (currently taking) Nactrum carb I have lipoma since 7 years. In my body one one big lipoma is there. Rest are medium in size. Initially I used to take 4 of them excluding Lapis albus 6CH. After I feel like the lipoma are increasing in numbers I stopped all 3 from above. Currently I am taking 2 of them as mentioned. Kindly suggest how I can get rid of it.
