I was suffering from anxiety and depression for which i think i have recovered but that trauma keeps coming in my ming while eating walking or talking with my friends. Can anyone suggest which is the best homepathic medicine to overcome this as constantly i am faced with unwanted thoughts

Iam suffering from headache since a long time. I take pain killers to relieve from that. The heacache  occurs in once a week  and it worsens with time if i dont take pain killers it becomes worst .
