Hi.. Is homeopathic medicine work good for allergic rhinitis... I m.suffering with this from.past one year... When ever I take allopathy medicine it stable... When weather change is trouble me... Help

My skin on cheeks become dry ,red and itchy after taking homeopathy medicines for any problems and after taking medicine and problem solved when I stop taking those medicine my hair will fall heavily wats the reason

I have been adviced XYZAL SYRUP once daily for 7 das ,and Momate F once for 14 days  for my 5 year old Atopic dermatitis from which he is sufferring since 2 months,earlier also he was adviced antithistamines and ointment but the symptoms improved and came back when dose was completed .3 days dose  I have given him till now these, now I want to stop allopathy and start homeopathy so should I finish the 7 and 14 day dose or leave it and start homeopathy.If not then minimum how many days should I keep on giving him allopathy?

I have been prescribed arnica mother tincture for hairfall by a doc on practo I used it once and I lost more strands than normal days and my hair got tangled as well is it a side effect what is it should I continue using it I am using calcerea carb 30 and jaborandi mother tincture as well
