Which immunity booster we can take which will be effective against cold, fever and flu like Covid? If anything what is the dose?

Is Anveya hair growth vitalizer serum with redensyl is good for hair. Or is there any other thing that can help in hair regrowth. Am having  hair fall from the time I came to bangalore.
