Suffering from anxiety and stomach problems since 4-5 months i am on homeopathy medicines since 18 days but there is no relief! Please tell how long will it take to show effective results for my stomach pain and axiety?

I have been suggested arnica mother tincture mixed with coconut oil to apply on my scalp everyday for hairfall but I have very bad dandruff and doc prescribed me 8x shampoo as well can I still apply this and other essential oils or it will worsen my dandruff what should I do please answer

I am suffering with HSV 1 genital herpes and i am using homeopathic medicines from 7 months still i didn't get HSV IGG antibody negative.
