I have IBS issue,I am taking allopathy and feeling better now. Earlier I have to go motion 4-5 times in a day,but after taking allopathy it seems controlled now. But I don't want to use allopathy for long. Can someone please tell me which is best homeopathy medicine for IBS

I had an incident of posterior epistaxis last month.I consulted a ent nearby.i took antibiotics,antihistamine and nasal drops as prescribed and the problem of epistaxis didn't occur anymore.Also,he told me to get my CT-PNS done(I already did my blood test,X-ray before that). It's showing polyploidal mucosal thickening in my left maxillary sinus.After few days I started having some symptoms like pressure on my nose root,behind the eyes and mild headaches.
