My sister is experiencing hairfall she is just 20 years old its not genetic I wanted to ask if she can supplement on certain vitamin and minerals kindly tell which supplements should she take

I am having hairfall and started using thuja mother tincture for hairfall when I use it I feel weird in my head its a weird kind of sensation is it a side effect should I continue using it or should I stop kindly tell

मै Practo पर स्थित जनहित मे कार्य कर रहे सभी चिकित्सको को नमस्कार करता हूँ। और आशा करता हूँ। की वो मेरे समस्या का समाधान करे। मै पिछले दो वर्ष से तिव्र एलर्जी रहिनिटिस  से पीड़ित हूँ। कोई भी ठंडी सब्जी जिसकी तासीर ठंडी है उसे खाता हूँ तो सर्दी जुखाम हो जाता हैं। मै थोड़ा भी तेज पंखे के नीचे सोता हूँ तो नाक बन्द हो जाती है। और सर्दी जुखाम हो जाता है। तकिया, रजाई, के बदबु से भी मुझे सर्दी हो जाती है। खट्टा चीजें जैसे आचार आदि खाता हूँ तो सर्दी हो जाता है। तेज सेंट की खुशबू, जानवरो के बाल, और कचड़े की तेज बदबु, धूल, से भी मुझे सर्दी हो जाती है। सुबह के समय छिके आना और नाक से पानी आना मेरे लिए आम बात है। मैं काफी चिकित्सको को दिखाया उन्होंने दवा दिया जब तक दवा लेता हूँ तब तक आराम रहता है। और दवा बंद करने पर वापस चालू हो जाता है। मैने फिर तीन महीने पहले होमियोपैथि चिकित्सक को दिखाया तो उन्होंने IGE जाँच कराया IGE का स्तर 625 IU/ML आया तो उनके परामर्श से मै तीन महीने से होमियोपैथि दवा R84 ले रहा हूँ। सिर्फ 30% ही आराम मिला है। पूरा आराम नही मिला है। मै क्या करु कृपया मेरी सहायता करे धन्यवाद।

Do hairfall resolve after nor.alisation of tsh as a month back my tsh was 6.1 and after taking thyronorm my tsh is now 3.9 but still I am having the same amount of hairfall is it normal or abnormal please clarify

Sir/ma'am ! My mother is suffering from pain at heart and chest with Little bit of burn since 5 months. At first we visited a cardiologist and took some medication. After  two months medication also there is no improvement. Then we went to same doctor and he suggested for angiography. Then we thought it is gastric pian and we change the doctor. He  said that it is not heart issue but it s gastric issue and gave some medication. After 2 months also there is no improvement. Then he told us to go to cardiologist and we visit another cardiologist. He suggested for some blood tests and TMT(tred mill test). Now the TMT report came. And the doctor who did the TMT said that there is small minor issues are there and angiography may need. But stil we are in confusion that is that pain caused by gastric or there is really heart issue is there. I just want to know that is homeopathy can cure this? Is really need for angiography. If homeo can cure this then we will not go for angiography. pls tell

I am having hairfall and want to use jaborandi mother tincture for the same can I drink it instead of applying directly to the scalp will it have the same effect please tell Thank you
