Is there any medicine in homeopathy to cure high BP. My mother is having high BP and just now vomiting after taking BP medicine of Allopathic.

My fungal sinus was surgically removed according to my Ent surgeon. But just very scared after that. Please let me know if there is a way to prevent it. I have intolerance to dextrose and glucose and all sugar i am still struggling after they gave me dextrose. I haven't had any sugar including sweets since October 2018 Because i was overweight and had severe inflammation and migraine. Now i am half if what i weighed down to 44 kg that is my healthy weight for my height because i am not tall.
