My dentist had diagnosed bruxism and had to do RCT for two molars. Sometimes I get swelling in left side and it goes off. But now I have left cheek dull pain and ear block with slight swelling. I can chew and eat food. Can you suggest some medicines.

Hello doctor, Only during the sleep or in the early mornings I hear noise in my chest and unable to breath. So I getup and do breathing exercise and it settles but its disturbing my sleep. Apart from that I breath well during the day and my lung functions well. Please advise
