Iam having nebular opacity and iam under homeopathy medicine .i.have been taking for 20 days I don't see any differences.Can anyone tell how long It takes to visible difference Medicines are sbl cinneria maritima eye drops and some tablets Note: iam not self medicating

Recently I had an ultrasound and i found that i have two calculi in mid pole of my right kidney (largest 3.3mm) and three calculi in lower pole of left kidney (largest 5.5mm). i have a history of kidney stone issues and been operated last time in 2019-2020. i want to release these stones without getting operated. i have been drinking more than 2lt of water everyday. and i got renoflam and drinking it thrice everyday. what should i do to make sure this problem is gone without need of intrusive operations in future?
