Hello, I need to know why my tip of tongue is sore, tingly, I scatched the surface of the tip and it got a little red. The lining of the lip is becoming prominent and burning. It's been two weeks now. This phenomenon is not going, I keep rubbing my tongue tip against my teeth. My medical history though is iron and Calcium deficiency with haemoglobin 10.02 plus hypothyroidism. Please guide.

I am 22 year old having eye allegry from 10 years because of some chemical . I take allopathy treatment from doctor nearly from 8 years he changes my eye drops and tablets many times in a year .
