I'm getting my periods every 20 days with just 1 and half days bleeding normal blood colour nd back pain

I consulted a homeopathic doctor regarding this problem ..he said.. he will give medicine so that my oil glands can work properly but as far I know..seborrheic dermatitis is caused due to more oil secretion..he also suggested to use coconut oil..but allopathic doctors..avoid using of 0ils..I I confused

Hello, I need to know why my tip of tongue is sore, tingly, I scatched the surface of the tip and it got a little red. The lining of the lip is becoming prominent and burning. It's been two weeks now. This phenomenon is not going, I keep rubbing my tongue tip against my teeth.
