Hello, I've been suffering from depersonalization disorder from last 2 years after a massive panic attack. I've not faced any panic attack after that but from that day I am suffering from depersonalization. I feel like i am out of my body, my thoughts are racing, feels like there is nothing real around me. Foggy vision all the time and unable to focus on any fast moving objects. I was taking allopathy for like 7-8 months but have not got any relief. Please help me if there is any treatment available for this . I want to feel like before.
