Im 20 year old. I consume a normal indian diet of dal roti sabji. I do intense weight training for 2 hours everyday and im weight training from the past 3 years. I have developed gynocomastia atleast after 8 to 9 months from the day i started weight training. I have only enlarge chest and no other possible symptoms.
