My mother has diabetes since 2 years .can this be cured permanently through homeopathy.using allen diabetic drop.

We had lost our smell and taste in Month of April, when We got Covid positive in April month but smell and taste came back and 1 month we could eat everything without any altered smell and taste but After one month ,me and my sister started facing a problem of parosmia in which we both are facing problem of altered smell and taste like burnt chemial and rotten food from many things like onion potato dairy products some vegetables like Cauliflower. We can't eat many things as we are very much frustrated. We smell same in our Faeces and gutter also. This all happened after covid 19.please suggest some effective homeopathic medicines for us.

My nephew of 4 year of age . His weight is less than 15 Kg. Takes less food items. Only asking for juice or chips . We even tried for giving food items but sometimes vomet.
