My son has a habit of grinding his teeth at night. Do you suggest any medicine that will be helpful?

My 1 year baby has liquified hematoma of size 36.3 cc as by ultrasound report.The surgeon advised me to get surgery but it's very scary for me as my baby is only 1 year old..So,all of you all doctors plz let me know that is it curable by homeopathy..?Is there any medicines in homeopathy for this ?

I hv been diagnosed having anxiety disorder post covid(april2021).home treatment. Due to which iam suffering from gerd and breathing difficulty.
