My father had CAD from 5 years, can he use Tonicard bottle but it has been 1 month since it is expired, he has been using Tonicard but the bottle is expired it been 1 month since expiry

Im 20 year old. I consume a normal indian diet of dal roti sabji. I do intense weight training for 2 hours everyday and im weight training from the past 3 years. I have developed gynocomastia atleast after 8 to 9 months from the day i started weight training. I have only enlarge chest and no other possible symptoms. And my body accumulates fat very easily even when i am on a strict diet. I also have the problem of bloating.
