Homeopathy

So i was taking a medication from a doctor in my hometown which has greatly if not completely cured my OLP/OLR, now since he's not there in town i had consulted with another homeopathist who's familiar with this and treated a relative of mine, she sent me medicines. My question is, now as I'm changing medicines, it won't aggravate the condition right? Attaching the prescription which was provided by earlier doctor, this new doctor hasn't provided any prescription as such.. Please guide me.

Any medicine for hot flashes and hormonal imbalance? PCOD ,scanty period,weight gain and acne. tried pulsatila,sepia,lachis,apis,carb fluo but still same.

I would like to know why alcohol is being used in Homeopathic medicines in high concentration? For example in Aconitum napellus there is 90% alcohol. Is it to preserve the medicine or is alcohol being used as medicine itself?

My spouse is 35 yrs , female, non diabetic, no BP and recently having issues of gas and constipation. Due to this her daily bowl's are not clear and having frequent tendency . The problem arises more during her weekly fasting for one day.  Pl advise any homeo medicine to control/cure it.
