Attached is my dad's usg abdomen report, umbilical hernia is detected, can this be treated via homeopathy or should we go for surgery.

I have allergy ( redness, acne and dryness) on my face.becuase of allegry I have been using steroid based cream past 8 months.As soon as I leave that cream, my face is the same again Dermatologists said you will always face this problem for 20 years because of steroids cream you have been used.
