Am having vericocele grade1 and hydrocele can any one help is it curable or not am going to depression

I consulted a homeo doctor and he gave some pills. My question is regarding the color of pills..whenever I used the pills were white in color. But this homeo doctor gave me pills which are light green and few are light yellow in color..I am confused if these are homeo pills

I have fever viral in last week 104 temp.Now I feel lump/knot under jawline which is movable.Please confirm is it serious .Currently no pain .

I have take homoeopathy treatment last 3 to 4 months, specially time weaver, chakkar tech. N medicine. Walking jogging, yoga , healthy diet add in my daily life. But my chest pain continue. Some time normal n some time Anxiety in day . I'm worried about anxiety or pain.  Please suggest what can I do for normal. .

We had lost our smell and taste in Month of April, when We got Covid positive in April month but smell and taste came back and 1 month we could eat everything without any altered smell and taste but After one month ,me and my sister started facing a problem of parosmia in which we both are facing problem of altered smell and taste like burnt chemial and rotten food from many things like onion potato dairy products some vegetables like Cauliflower.
