My baby is 2 year old.i consult a homeopathic doctor for speech delay issue.is homeopathic medication safe for baby.after stop medication is their any side effect?

I have problem of Lichen Planus from last 3 years. Before 3 yrs it had been cured. But it returned back again, then I have given treatment of Metronidazole, Betnesol Forte tablets for six months , Dicaris tab for some days and also the ointments of Clobetasole propionate, Calcitroil, Tacrolimus.
