I have a mucocele on lower lip I don't want to go for surgery please suggest is there any medicine in homeopathy to cure it

My father in law is 70 years old.very active. He is having bladder cancer, and blood in urine is seen. Cystoscopy will be done in next week. We want to undergo homeopathic treatment after this to cure and stop the recurrence. Is it possible?

Fatty liver grade 2 .gallbladder polyps, calculi. Normal LFT CBP. lipid profile triglycerides 262. I just want to know is homeopathy medicines to treat these diseases are safe on kidneys and other organs.

My mother is 74 yrs old non diabetic is having grade 2 piles. Recently she had very minor bleeding for which she takes alopathic medicine SOS for 2-3 days .  Recently we also consulted a homeopathic doctor for an alternative and safe treatment considering her age and side effects of allopathic medicines. I would like to know why alcohol is being used in Homeopathic medicines in high concentration? For example in Aconitum napellus there is 90% alcohol. Is it to preserve the medicine or is alcohol being used as medicine itself?

My spouse is 35 yrs , female, non diabetic, no BP and recently having issues of gas and constipation. Due to this her daily bowl's are not clear and having frequent tendency . The problem arises more during her weekly fasting for one day.  Pl advise any homeo medicine to control/cure it.
