I had my last period on 21st August. This month on 16th September, I had slight spot for one time. But after that there is no bleeding. Iam having light stomach pain and leg pain. When I will get my periods??

Hi, my father is having diabetes n bp from past 6-7yrs now, his taking metformin 500mg BD, glimeperide 2mg BD, Telma 40mg OD & amlodipin 5mg OD Has some cut over his toe but it doesn't get cured, now his foot is swollen, red n paining. He took Amoxicillin 500mg n diclofenac earlier but didn't work, now he's taking medicine shown in the picture Is there any serious issue or infection, he's scared to go to allopathic doctor Please advice for his condition
