Sudden tinnitus started last night. It is continuous and feels like coming from back of head. Sometimes becomes dull and sometimes loud. Can it be treated with homeopathy?

With the help of my doctor, we finally diagnosed the Root cause. I was suffering from different problems at different time but everytime, reports came normal. Even now, all reports are normal No arthritis No lupus No sugar No BP No heart problem Brain MRI is fine No bone problem All nutrients fine In 2015,i was facing hives allergies... Suddenly symptoms gone In 2017, GERD and allergic asthma... Suddenly gone In 2018, I got IBS constipation and shocking type pain in head for some days... Gone suddenly... In 2019, whole body nerve pains suddenly gone In 2020, just allergic asthma ..suddenly gone In 2021, suddenly polyuria and numb burning feet problem Everytime, I took just symptomatic medicines.. Bcz no one found out any problem in reports This time doctor listened my all history, my painful childhood n now personal life failure problems ...then diagnosed this This time I just want permanent cure... 🙏🙏🙏🙏but,not in allopathy Can homeopathy cure this?

Hi doctors I have been prescribed with silicea 6x pills by a homeopathic doctor twice a day in morning and night. Silicea 6x pills are not like the regular homeopathic pills which are small white balls. These are like the regular tablets but smaller in size How do I consume these tablets? Should I dissolve it in my mouth or take with water ?

I have frequent headache. If I go out in too much sun, or did not have proper sleep my head aches. And the pain is so unbearable that I don't want any noise or light around me. Sometimes I feel like vomiting (never vomited during headaches). I apply Amrutanjan bam and sleep. Please suggest house remedies or homeopathy. Thank you.
