Mild swelling & pain in Penis

Hello Doct, I have been experiencing pain and mild swelling of my penis area since quite some time. I am not sure if it is any kind of injury from the past, had few incidents when I was injured during intercourse a year ago. Occasionally I have also seen mild redness in that area but I already checked with my dermat in an online consultation and she had prescribed few medication which solved it temporarily, when I consulted repeated again she says then it can't be any infection. I feel pain too during every erection, or when I press the area/ have sex or while masturbating. Apart from the mentioned symptoms, I do have torsion and curvature of about 45 deg aproximate on my penis. The erections also seems weaker these days and also find it difficult to reach climax. Kindly request any homeopathy doctor who can evaluate this and treat my condition through an online consultation.

Loose motion for 8 years boy

My son had fever and a urine infection earlier. He was given Taxim-O for a week before the circumcision. After the surgery, he was prescribed Amoxicillin and Ibuprofen syrup. Later, he complained of gastritis, so we were advised to give Laprazole before food whenever required. On the 4th day after surgery, he developed high fever along with diarrhea, and he also has throat pain while swallowing. The pediatrician mentioned that diarrhea could be due to the antibiotics and prescribed antibiotics for diarrhea then prebiotic syrup as well. His throat looks red, but he does not have any symptoms of cold. I just wanted to confirm whether the throat pain could also be related to acidity or antibiotic effects rather than a cold. Could you please advise if we should continue the same medicines or if anything additional is needed?

Weight gain issue

Weight has increased — I’m currently 83 kg. I’m 30 years old, married, and don’t have children. Last year, I followed a diet plan; I reduced my weight from 81 kg to 76 kg in 2 months. After that, I returned to my normal routine, and this year my weight again increased to 79 kg. Then I consulted another dietician. The first dietician gave me a lot of cheelas (savory pancakes), and I got bored eating the same thing repeatedly. With the second dietician, I lost 3 kg in 45 days, but I didn’t continue the plan because the recipes she gave were too difficult — like beetroot patties (chukandar ki tikkiya). Now that winter has started, I feel very hungry and crave sweets. I end up eating 3 laddus daily and something made with mentha (flour/mint snacks). As a result, my weight has gone back up to 83 kg. Next month I’m traveling abroad, so I won’t be able to follow a strict diet plan. What should I do now to bring my weight down to 76 kg again?

Mild LVH at 21 Seeking Reversal Advice

Hello Doctor, I’m a 21-year-old male (turning 22 soon), height 6’0–6’1, and weight 126 kg. I recently had a 2D Echocardiogram, and the impression on my report reads: “Hypertensive heart disease, mild concentric LVH (may be physiological).” I don’t currently monitor my blood pressure and haven’t been on any medication. My ultrasound of the chest came back normal, and I have no symptoms such as chest pain, shortness of breath, or palpitations. I wanted to ask: 1. At my age, is this condition reversible or something to be seriously concerned about? 2. Could this mild concentric LVH be due to my weight or build rather than actual hypertensive disease? 3. What steps diet, exercise, supplements, medicines or treatment can help reverse or normalize it? 4. How often should I repeat my 2D echo or cardiac evaluation? I’m very motivated to make changes and just want to ensure I’m doing the right things early. I would deeply appreciate your guidance on the best approach moving forward.

High TSH Found in Routine Test 8.08

I recently did a routine blood test and my TSH level came out to be 8.08. This is the first time it has been detected as high. I am a bit worried. Should I also get my T3 and T4 levels checked? Do I need to start or adjust any medication? Please guide me on what to do next. Thank you.
