Does dengue fever is contagious.does it transfer from one person to another.does it spread to child if he talked with patient

My daughter 3 year and 9 months old. She's under medication for fits from may 2020. Is there any homeopathy medicine for fits. We are under stress due to this pblm. She gets fits if her temperature raises to 99. We can't stop allopathic treatment as such. Can we give homeopathy medicine side by side. Also allopathic medicine has got more side effects. She's having speech delay too. She's getting frequent cold and cough. Pls tell us what to do

Hi doctors have been taking homeopathy treatment for past four months for acid reflux and i am now feeling better which has given a very much hope on homeopathy, the only biggest problem i have is after food i feel like gas trapped in lower stomach and once after a proper burp i feel normal, but it has very hard to get that burp easily  so until then i feel my stomach heaviness, so pls help me to get rid of this , this has become a major problem for me now🙏🙏🙏please help me to treat this, no stomach pain, vomit nothing just this alone, a few irregular belches sometimes comes,if any good syrup is there pls suggest i could try it too! Facing belly button itching & sometimes blood discharge. started after I applied nivea moisturizer to clear dirt from innie navel & a big boil popped up which with doctor's recomendation applied betadine powder & it healed gradually. But after few months it started again. After every 1½ or 2 months I experience blood discharge from navel. I visited gyne(+lapro surgery specialist), examined clinically & said its a infection & its common. Not to poke it. Just clean with spirit & earbud. As I had fibroid history had a routine sonography of lower abdomen & nothing exceptional came. Visited a derma, suggested just betadine wash. Visited neighboring gen physician(DMS of govt hosp, also family physician) he said root cleaning is needed. Suggested betadine wash & t-bact. Now after almost 1½ months again yesterday night before sleeping i cleamed with earbud dipped in betadine liq & slept. Not sure if i poked it with nails in sleep(as its itchy) at morning there was dried blood. plz suggest me.

I have consumed alcohol during  medication of homeopathy (Livosin Total) and whatever the improvement in my health has been cured before alcohol consumption is now reciprocated and now I am back to that disease now. I want to ask you in how much time will the medicine start curing me again to normal.
