If someone has ear pain and taking belladonna 200 Then aggravation will happen or not Chances of aggravation Or not?

Can Homepathy medicine cure tonsillitis completely? Are there any evidence to support that Homepathy completely cure tonsillitis without needing tonsillectomy?

I have a mass growth in anus with burning sensation and pain please see and suggest what it is and what to do next please help

2018 I had sudden boil like near my anus i consulted doctor and he told me it was an perenial abscess and i underwent immediate operation. Doctor also told after this operation fistula may arise . In 2019 I had checkup and Fistulotomy operation was performed. But after operation till today regularly whitish discharge always comes out of my anus when I sit for long or have a long walk though I don't have any pain or other symptoms. I had again consulted doctor several times and as per doctor this is normal and it may continue for lifetime and I don't have to worry if there is no pain or blood. But the situation is quite awkard and disturbing for my normal life which is going on for 3 years. Is there any solution for curing this completely..

In my Ultra Sound it was detected that Gall Bladder - 3 Polyps noted largest is between 7 to 9 mm others < 3 mm . I never did any scans before. No stones detected Bladder sizes normal .
