I am taking lycopodium 30 belladonna200 Wiesbaden 30 I forgot how to take this medicine 10 drops or 2 drops I am not sure Confused 2 times or three times a day?

Doctor prescribed belladonna 200 Lycopodium 30 Wiesbaden 30 Doctor prescribed take it with spoon water I want to know can I take it without water Directly on tongue I tried I don't have problem with taste I want to know Is it better to take with water Or is it dangerous to take without water Or can I take directly on tongue Thanks
