I want to take homeopathy medicine for next cervical pain... Could you please suggest what things or food should be avoid while taking homeopathy medicine

I am having flat warts onface and it's spreading more and they are asymptomatic (no itching ).warts are black in colour and small and medium in size. Consulted many homeopathy doctors but no results and I see it's increasing. Please suggest some good medicines and how long does it take to cure?

My wife is suffering from fissures and perianal abscesses..the lump is just under the skin and size is very small at the moment ( apple seed size or may be even smaller).can't feel the lump over the skin unless pressed..no boil has formed over the skin..there is no puss or blood discharge with motion till now..it's in intial stage ( i think)doctor has given 10 days antibiotics zifi lbx along with cremagel to apply...i asked my homeopathy doctor to give something which i can give to my wife with antibiotics to cure the abscess rapidly...i was told to give belladonna 30 ..I'm afraid that  abscess might turn into fistula...my doubt is that won't belladonna effect working of antibiotics as antibiotics work is to abort pus formation and belladonna 30 might lead to drainage of pus which might lead to internal drainage...won't both contradict each other...please help
