If the sexual intercourse (Exposure) was protected and the condom was intact then it may not be the symptoms of HIV.
But as you have assumed or believed it to be HIV then you should go for proper check up and especially bloos tests for HIV and for the matter take tests for all the STIs.

No, only mild knee and elbow pain can't be a symptom of HIV
They can be associated symptoms but not the only symptoms of HIV, through which we can diagnose HIV so you don't need to be worry
Mouth ulcer can be due to any indigestion or any vitamin deficiency or due to any bad hygiene of mouth
