Hello
No issues you can use any
You don’t have to complete avoid those supplements just 1hr before and after taking medicine
Simple logic Homoeopathy medicine starts it’s action from tongue so if strong food item might interact with effectiveness
You can take no problem
Earlier days homeopathic medicines were proved in european countries. so Dr Hahnemann mentioned certain food to avoid during homeopathic treatment .. In those countries food like onion , garlic , mint they rarely use in their diet. So when on homeopathic treatment the food which we take rarely can alter the action of medicines because their active principles may show action as medicine
If we are used to take onion garlic coffee or mint daily then there wont be any problem for the effectiveness of homeopathic medicine
