My husband had thyroid level 15. Can it be controlled by food? Or he needs to take medication ? Homeopathy treatment is preferable if possible. And will the treatment be permanent or till the level comes und control?

I am suffering from TNJ issue since 2013.I was taking homeopathy medicine and it helped me and I stopped taking medicine in 2015,I was not having any issues till 2021.
