Can hemopathy treat Retina detachment without surgery or not i want to be sure before making any decision if hemopathy can treat tell me.

Hello doctors and fellow patients n friends . I have recently admitted in hospital due to gastric issue , which raised by blood pressure level from 130-160 and 90-115. This is on this particular due to STOMACH BLOATING, I have used 2 muktavati tablets and i got a some sign of relief . Should I proceed this or stop this , if proceed means how many days and how to use it . Pls any one could suggest me . Thank you

My grandmother aged 83 is suffering from retinal holes ( Grade 3) in both eyes. Doctors have suggested virectomy. She is having pain in eyes and unable to open eyes in bright light. She is also having chronic kidney disease, diabetes, hypertension, COPD, hypothyroidism and chronic heart failure. Please suggest a constitutional remedy for her to avoid surgery.

My son of age 29 years can not store urine more than 200ml since last 12 years . But no burning, no pain.Sometimes less than 200ml urine but still severe urge of urine and some drop of leakage of urine. Whenever urge is coming it is so intense he needs to run to toilet to pass urine. He can not delay just 10 seconds. He is treated by a classical homoeopath for last 1 years who prescribe only single medicine according to patient's constitution and miasom. His prescribed medicines are - causticum , medorrinum , cantharis, Argentum nitricum, thuja, Natrum Mur one by one within 1 year. But still no change. Is it possible to increase bladder capacity. Once USG is done 5 years ago which shows bladder normal.

My lower abdomen feels weird 1: It keeps making grumbling noise all the time. 2: My lower abdomen makes me feel uncomfortable. It makes me feel like i am wearing tight pants. It's only uncomfortable and not painful. 3: Sometimes, in the morning, i pass normal stools. But the same day afternoon, i have diarrhea. Again, by evening, i pass normal stools.
